By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. A booking is valid only after availability confirmation, payment or deposit completion, and written confirmation from Lux Voyage Tours.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, online payment systems, or through partner booking platforms.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• More than 97 hours before the service: full refund (excluding processing fees)
• 96–49 hours before the service: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the service: no refund
For bookings made through third‑party platforms, the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.
If the customer is not present at the meeting point within the free waiting time, the service will be considered a no‑show and no refund will be issued.
• Airport pickup: 60 minutes free waiting time
• Port or hotel pickup: 15 minutes free waiting time
In cases such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or safety concerns, Lux Voyage Tours may:
• reschedule the service
• offer an alternative experience
• issue a refund
Lux Voyage Tours collects personal data only for booking processing, customer communication, service delivery, and legal compliance.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age.
Personal data is handled according to GDPR regulations.
